Shipping Policy


Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:


Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Damaged or Lost Packages PhishStones Products is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@phishstones.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


International Shipping We currently do not ship outside the United States.
