Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays usually but depends on suppliers policies.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages PhishStones Products is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at phishzd@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
