The Flex neoprene pocket slips on the latex-free strap for hip or shoulder/neck. Wrap snugly around hip, or position on neck/shoulder and loop through a belt to apply tension. For an acute low back muscular injury, place the pocket over the area, securing with a firm 2" belt for sustained pressure.

NOTE: VibraCool Flex is for pain from muscles - chronic low back pain, pain from discs or nerve injury, or spine pain are unlikely to respond to the Flex's small surface area.
