Psyllium husk is derived from the plantago ovata plant, and the seeds from this plant are commonly used as a dietary fiber supplement. Psyllium husk absorbs liquid in your stomach, which has been shown to slow digestion and improve nutrient absorption*. 

Suggested Use:
